  After more than 40 years of HR experience between us, we’ve seen what works, what gets in the way, and how quickly people issues become business issues. We’ve navigated hard decisions, growing pains, changing expectations, difficult conversations, messy processes, and plenty of situations where the answers weren't obvious.  Zinc People Partners, LLC was created with the simple idea in mind: how can we use our experience to help small businesses take their next steps?

Helping you work through a tough employee issue. Helping you build a better process. Helping a manager become more confident. Helping you understand your options when something feels complicated. Or simply being the people you call when you’re thinking, “I’m not sure what to do with this." That’s why we created Zinc People Partners.

We know that as a small business owner, you are focused on running and growing your business. HR is important, but it can feel like one more thing you're expected to know how to handle. You are at the point where you need to hire people, manage performance, navigate regulations, build policy and process, and deal with employee concerns while making the right decisions along the way.  We're here to help make that easier.

We don’t believe HR needs to be complicated, and we don’t believe you need process just for the sake of having process.
